These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the access to and use of the website kredanorentix.com and the services provided by Kredanorentix, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter "Kredanorentix"). Kredanorentix offers advisory and consulting services in personal finance, financial education, and guidance for accessing government support programs in Mexico. Our services include personalized financial evaluation consultations, guidance on federal and state economic support programs, financial education workshops and resources, and personal financial planning tools. Initial consulting services are provided at no cost. Additional services may be subject to fees that will be communicated in advance.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of your legal guardian, legally reside in the United Mexican States, provide truthful and up-to-date information during the registration and consultation process, and have a valid email address for follow-up communication.

3. Registration and User Account

By submitting a contact form or request on our website, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials we provide to you and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kredanorentix, its officers, employees, and representatives from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including attorney fees) arising from misuse of the website or services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights on your part.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

For the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.

10. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through direct negotiation for a period of 30 calendar days. If no agreement is reached, the parties may resort to mediation proceedings before the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO) or the competent courts of Mexico City.
